In this Circuit we operate a Team Ministry. The team includes ordained Ministers, Families Worker, Lay Pastoral Worker, Resources Officer and Administrator. Our Circuit Stewards and Treasurer are valued members of the team, as are our group of Pastoral Visitors and Local Preachers. Each member of the Team employs his or her strengths across the whole Circuit.
Each Minister is linked to a Church. They are the first port of call for that Church. These needs and concerns, and results of phoning a representative in every Church on a Monday morning are brought to the team on a Tuesday. Feedback and news is shared and tasks allocated to the most appropriate person on the team, both ordained and lay, employed and voluntary.
